We are looking for skilled builders who are interested in assembling high-end backyard studios and ADUs to join our ProAssembly Network. Our structures are partially prefabricated in our Louisville, CO manufacturing facility, then shipped directly to the jobsite to be unloaded and assembled quickly and easily.
Proassembly Program
The Studio Home ProAssembly program is ideal for contractors who are interested in adding a new stream of work to their services with local leads that fit your schedule. We offer flat rate builder pay, direct support, and efficient prefabricated kits with manuals that allow for quick and profitable jobs. Our ProAssembly partners also often receive additional revenue by completing site work, plumbing, and other ancillary work requested by the customer.

GC license
General Liability & Workers Compensation Insurance
